DIY BOX allows you to create the perfect meal with over 25 ingredients and 2000 combinations to choose from. All food is cooked fresh to order (never frozen) and delivered to you in 2 working days.

We follow nutrition data based on cooked weight based on USDA guidelines.

You bet! Its what sets us apart. Every meal you create comes with the customised nutrition label indicating key ingredients and all the macros of that meal. You will know exactly what goes in your body!

Our cut off time is 12pm, Monday to Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)

All orders made before the cut-off time will be delivered in 2 working days. For eg orders made on Monday before 12pm will be delivered on Wednesday before 8.30 am.

All DIY orders above $350 are free of charge. We strongly encourage you to try reach this as all orders below $350 will require a $45 delivery fee from our 3rd party logistic provider

Your meals are delivered by our 3rd party logistics provider with thermal bags to keep your food fresh for longer.

* International Commerce Centre (ICC) will be delivered to the pickup point at 1/F, opposite the cashier of Sky100

* No delivery service to HSBC Centre and HSBC Main Building due to office building management policy.

No delivery services will be provided for the following areas​

We generally do our deliveries Mon - Fri before 8.30am (excluding public holidays and bad weather). Our delivery driver will notify you once your food is delivered.

We will always do our best to deliver under most circumstances, however to protect our drivers please note we will not be able to deliver when thunderstorm (red and above) and typhoon 8+ warnings are hoisted.

Rest assured all our food is cooked by professional chefs in a FEHD approved food factory with inspections conducted regularly by FEHD officials.

We freshly prepare your meals based on your order using premium ingredients. All meals are also packaged with state of the art thermo sealing technology to ensure food stays fresh for longer.

We're glad you asked! Our kitchen premises is cleaned on a daily basis, professional pest controlled by LBS and subject to FEHD inspection on a regular basis.

If food is immediately kept under 4 degrees fridge, food can generally last 3 days. By using thermo seal technology we are able to significantly restrict airflow compared to traditional takeaway packaging. This actively limits the chances for food oxidistion and bacteria to grow.

Whilst freezing meals if packaging is intact can boost shelf life, we recommend our customers consume the meals within 3 days for best taste.

For convenience, reheat via microwave. We suggest peel the edge of the plastic lid, remove the sauce container and reheat in 30 second intervals based on desired results. Otherwise, removing food from packaging and using pan fry or steaming are also options you may consider .

ABSOLUTELY! Please clean the bags we'll HAPPILY do the recycling for you. Just WhatsApp us and we'll arrange to have them picked up on your next delivery :)

Upon receiving your meals, we recommend you to keep in refrigerator under 4 degrees
